At FOTRIC, we make it simple and reliable to get precision imaging technology into your hands—wherever you are.

Orders are fulfilled from our European logistics network, which includes our France-based warehouse and Germany-based warehouse. We’ll ship your order from the location that can deliver it faster based on stock availability.

If a specific model is not available within our European warehouses, we may ship directly from our headquarters in Shanghai, China to ensure your order is completed without delay.

1. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Complimentary Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across eligible European countries. No minimum purchase is required.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited delivery options may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact our support team for availability and pricing.
  • International Shipping: For orders shipped outside eligible European countries, please contact our support team for a customized shipping quote.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local public holidays, and carrier delays during peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas.

    3. Order Tracking

    Stay informed every step of the way.

    1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout.
    2. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page, allowing you to monitor your shipment status in real time.
    3. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

    4. Shipping Requirements & Security

    To ensure the safe arrival of your high-value FOTRIC equipment:
    • Physical Address Required: We require a valid physical street address and phone number for all deliveries
    • No P.O. Boxes: Due to the high value of our merchandise and signature requirement, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses
    • Signature Confirmation: All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery
    • Industrial-Grade Packaging: All FOTRIC devices are shipped in custom protective cases designed to withstand transit conditions

    5. Damaged Goods & Claims

    Your FOTRIC device is secured in an industrial-grade protective case to withstand transit. However, if the outer packaging shows visible damage upon arrival:
    1. Document: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging before opening the package
    2. Report: Contact our support team at cs.eu@fotric.com within 48 hours of delivery
    3. Resolution: We will promptly initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

    Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

    • If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team
    • We will investigate the shipment status with the carrier and provide a resolution within 3 business days
    • For confirmed lost packages, we will either ship a replacement immediately or issue a full refund

    Additional Information

    • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped
    • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies
    • Customs Information: For international shipments, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
