At FOTRIC, we strive to provide a seamless and professional warranty experience for all our customers. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from FOTRIC official websites. Warranty periods may vary by product model and region.
- Offline Purchases: If you purchased your product through an authorized offline dealer, please refer to their specific after-sales policy.
- Refurbished Products: Items sold as "Refurbished" or "Pre-owned" carry their own unique warranty terms. For more details, please contact our customer service team for refurbished product warranty terms.
- Statutory Rights: This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable local laws.For customers in the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights under Directive 2011/83/EU take precedence over this policy.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly from FOTRIC. Products must be returned to the original fulfillment warehouse, as specified in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)..
Eligibility
- Quality-related issues: Undamaged products with confirmed manufacturing defects may be returned for a 100% full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Non-quality-related returns: Products returned for any other reason (change of mind, wrong model purchased, etc.) in original condition may be returned for an 80% refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of purchase.For EU customers, statutory withdrawal rights may apply independently of this policy.
- Bulk Orders: This policy does not apply to corporate or bulk orders (defined as 10 or more units of the same item).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be in original, resalable condition with no obvious wear, damage, or signs of use
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Be returned in their original factory packaging
Promotional Bundles
- Buy One, Get One (BOGO): Both items must be returned. If only one item is returned, the refund will be the amount paid minus the MSRP of the item kept.
- Gifts & Discounts: Both the main product and the gift/discounted item must be returned together. If only the main product is returned, the MSRP of the gift/discounted item will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping & Refund Details
- Non-Quality Returns: For returns not related to quality issues(e.g., change of mind or incorrect purchase), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A valid return receipt must be provided. FOTRIC will refund 80% of the product's original purchase price (excluding original shipping fees, handling fees and any additional charges).
- Quality-Related Returns: For confirmed manufacturing defect returns(defective or incorrect items), FOTRIC will refund 100% of the product purchase price and cover standard return shipping costs. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided upon approval for returns to the France warehouses.For returns to the China warehouse, return shipping method and cost responsibility will be determined and confirmed by customer service based on the return reason.Coverage applies when items are returned to the original fulfillment warehouse and the return is confirmed as quality-related.
- Pre-orders: For pre-ordered items, the 30-day return window begins from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
- No Restocking Fees: FOTRIC does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Request: Contact our support team to initiate the return process. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 business hours.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the designated warehouse address provided by our team.
- Receive Refund: Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Addresses
Returns are processed through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our customer service team after return approval.
Do not return any items without a valid RMA. All returns must be shipped only to the address specified in the approved RMA.
Authorized return warehouses are as follows:
- Europe (France): 21–23 rue du général de Gaulle, 27340 Pont-de-l’Arche, Normandie, France
- China (Domestic): NO 14, LANE 2500, XIUPU ROAD, PUDONG DISTRICT, SHANGHAI 201315, P.R. CHINA
For returns to the France warehouse, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided for approved quality-related returns.
For returns to the China warehouse, return shipping method and cost responsibility will be confirmed by our customer service team after return approval.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider after refund issuance.
3. 2-Year Global Warranty
FOTRIC offers a 2-year global warranty on all products sold directly by us, effective from the date of purchase.
Regional Limitation: This warranty is valid in the country of original purchase. Warranty coverage may be affected if the product is relocated or used outside the original purchase region through unauthorized channels.
Replacement Policy
For valid quality-related claims, FOTRIC will:
- Provide a factory-refurbished product of equivalent value
- If a refurbished model is unavailable, a brand-new product will be sent
- If a replacement is not possible or preferred, we may offer a partial refund based on product condition, usage time, and inspection results
- Note: Replacement products may differ slightly in appearance or value due to technical updates.
Replacement Warranty Period
The warranty for the replacement unit is either:
- The remaining original warranty of the defective product, OR
- Three (3) months from the date of replacement
- Whichever period is longer
4. Warranty Claim Process
If you experience a quality issue with your FOTRIC product, please contact us immediately. We respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
Requirements for a Valid Claim
- Valid proof of purchase (order number, sales invoice, or dated receipt from an authorized dealer)
- The serial number of the defective product
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Results of any troubleshooting steps requested by FOTRIC support
- In some cases, the item may need to be returned for quality testing to the nearest regional warehouse
- Note: Claims for defects must be submitted within 90 days of the issue arising or before the warranty expires, whichever comes first.
5. What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including battery capacity degradation and color changes)
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen items
- Products outside their warranty period
- Non-quality issues reported after the 30-day return window
- Free products or promotional gifts
- Repairs or modifications performed by third parties
- Damage caused by misuse (drops, extreme temperatures, liquid damage, improper operation)
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Commercial use beyond intended application or unauthorized resale use.
Important Disclaimers
- Data Loss: FOTRIC is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of our products or during the return/replacement process.
- Personal Items: Please ensure no personal items are left in the package when returning a product. FOTRIC is not responsible for any personal items left with returned products.
- Unauthorized Returns: FOTRIC is not responsible for costs incurred by unauthorized returns (returns made outside the approved warranty/return process).
- Liability Limit: Any compensation provided by FOTRIC will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.FOTRIC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption.
- Policy Updates: FOTRIC reserves the right to update this policy based on legal requirements or company revisions. Any changes will be posted on this page.
